Bloomers are made from 100% cotton fabrics or jersey knit fabrics. Bloomers are measured to come to mid-thigh length with elastic closure. Adorable coordinating ruffles on backside of bloomers. All edges are surged or double folded for extra durability. Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low heat, iron as needed. Colors or styles may vary slightly depending on availability.
