All orders are done by e-mail only at this time (rufflesandribbonsdesigns@gmail.com).  Your satisfaction is very important to us.  Clothing has been designed for active young children and when cared for properly have a long duration of use.  All items are handcrafted custom orders so some variances may occur.  Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of order for items to be ready for shipment or pickup.


How to order:

1) Pick Your Size

Dresses: Dress sizes are designed to hit at mid calf.  For shorter style dress purchase a smaller size.  Due to dress fullness and adjustable ribbon ties, smaller sizes should fit older children.  When deciding dress size review the length measurements below.  Confirm size by measuring child from shoulder to the length you want.

Pants: Pant sizes available for 6 months to 4T.  To confirm correct fit of pants measure outside leg from hip to ankle and inseam from crotch to ankle.  Measure width of waist and subtract two inches for elastic width.  Send your child's measurements with your order to ensure accuracy of sizes.

Ruffled Tights: Tights are available in white, pink, cream, and black.   Ribbon ruffle is at 7 inches from the inseam.  Tights are available from 0-9Months to Children's size 12.  Custom orders are available.

2) Pick Your Colors
Browse through our fabric choices page and make your selection.  For fabric colors or designs not featured on our site, please e-mail us the custom colors or fabric designs that you are interested in.  Fabric is purchased at local fabric stores so some fabric choices may be substituted with your consent.  We enjoy creating customized pieces that will reflect your personal style!

3) Contact Us
Once you have chosen the items you wish to have made, contact us by e-mail at rufflesandribbonsdesigns@gmail.com to confirm your order.  Please submit the item name, selection number of fabric and/or ribbon, child's measurements, and how you want to be contacted.

4) Payment
Cash, check or PayPal may be used.  E-mail us for payment instructions.  Shipping is available by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (there is an additional charge if you would like insurance).  Total shipping cost will be given based upon order.  Returns will be accepted of unworn items, in original condition, and must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.  If necessary, a full refund of purchase price will be issued (excluding shipping costs).
